Foster was arrested on a beach in Queensland last year and spent seven months in custody before being released on bail
Peter Foster remains at large after New South Wales prosecutors dropped more than a dozen charges against him and Queensland police stepped in to issue a fresh arrest warrant on fraud offences.
NSW police on Friday morning confirmed they were yet to locate Foster, who failed to appear at Sydney’s Downing Centre local court on Thursday.
