በሰላማዊ ተቃዉሞ ዉስጥ ሌሎች አገሮች ጣልቃ እስከሚገቡ ድረስ መጠበቅ አይስፈልግም። እያንዳንዱ ግለሰብ በራሪ ወረቀት ከመበተን እስከ ሥራ ማቆምና ግብር አለመክፈል እርምጃዎችን መዉሰድ ይችላል።መንግስት ጸረ ሰላም፣ ጸረ ብልጽግናችን ወዘተ ብሎ መለፈፍ ይችላል። አንዱ እየበለጽገ ሌላዉ የሚሞትበት ሥርዓት መወገድ ስላለበት ለዚያ ጆሮ መስጠት አስፈላጊ

አይደለም። በሰላማዊ ተቃዉሞ ዉስጥ ዋና ዋናዎቹ ፕሪንስፕሎች አንድነት፣ ዕቅድ፣ ሰላማዊና ጥሩ ዲሲፕሊን ናቸዉ። የጸጥታ ኃይሉም ከመንግስት ትዕዛዝ መቀበሉን ሲያቆምና ለመንግስት ያላቸዉ ታማኝነት እየቀነሰ ይመጣል። በዚህ ደረጃ የትኛዉም አምባገነን በሥልጣን ላይ የመቆየት ዕድሉ ያከትማል።
